Poison Glen Rainbows

Location: Dunlewey, Poison Glen, Gweedore, County Donegal.
The late afternoon sunshine was interrupted by an approaching rain shower coming in of the Atlantic Ocean at the "Poison Glen" in County Donegal giving rise to these two rainbows. The Glen used to be called “Heavenly Glen” by the locals, as they thought of it as their Heaven on Earth. However a mistake by an English cartographer in the translation of the Irish word for Heaven which differs by only one letter from the Irish word for Poison and the name stuck.
Technical Specifications
Canon EOS 5D MKII, Canon EF70-200mm f/2.8L USM Lens at 90mm, 1/4 sec @ f14, ISO 100,
